I’d feel very differently if nights/weekends were respected.

I definitely feel embarrassed about it and try to hide the screen, but is it so bad?

I also do instacart.

And a kindle extension on my chrome.

Ummm this site?

I have never watched (or even thought about watching!) netflix but I certainly make personal calls (personal as in not work related, i am conscious to try to modulate what i talk about even in my office and behind a closed door,) stretch in my seat to a youtube tutorial, and even close my eyes for 10-15 minutes. My strategy is not hide it, hiding it makes me seems like I’m doing something wrong, instead I say things like “can’t keep my eyes open, closing my door for a few minutes” or “played tennis this weekend and now i can’t walk, need to stretch my back.” No one has ever questioned me or commented.
